input during every phase of your order - from product selection,
personalization, design, production, and delivery. With Sonicpromos.com,
your order is our number one priority, and we treat it that
way. We track every order with our suppliers to ensure timely
delivery, and we strive to get every order right the first
time. Your satisfaction is our main goal, and we do everything
possible to ensure it.
Sonicpromos.com wants you to be completely satisfied with
your purchase. We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
The best way to do this is to order a product sample. This
will allow you to see, touch, and feel the product you are
ordering. We can provide samples of virtually all of our products
in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost. If you place an
order for the product, we will credit your order with the
cost of the sample and its shipping. Most samples do not include
your custom artwork because of the extra set-up costs and
time involved. However, we will provide a sample with your
artwork if you request it, at extra cost.
We encourage our customers to order samples of all products
they are not familiar with. This will ensure that your expectations
will be fully met. If you order a product and we produce it
for you, we cannot offer refunds for any reason.
Changes
can be made as long as your order has not begun pre-production
or production. An artwork charge of $40/hour may apply if
our artists need to make the artwork ready for production.
If an order has reached the pre-production set up phase,
there may be cancellation or change charges that apply. All
of these charges will be a direct pass through from the manufacturer
to you. In the case of changes, the set up fees may be different
from the original fees depending on your requirements. A minimum
cancellation fee of 25% of the original quoted product price
will be imposed on all orders that are cancelled after an
order has been placed with us, regardless of the status of
production at the time of cancellation. This fee may be higher
than 25%, depending on how far production has progressed.
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to the
offices of Sonicpromos.com at 435E East Diamond Avenue, Gaithersburg,
MD 20877.
If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot
stop or change the order. We can, if you wish, prevent shipment
or redirect it. You will be charged the original amount quoted
for all orders cancelled at this stage.

Take 195 to the Baltimore-Washington (B-W) Parkway or I-95
south (towards Washington). Take I-495 west (towards Silver
Spring). Bear right onto I-270 north (towards Frederick).
Continue on I-270 (approx. 9 miles) then turn at Exit 8, Shady
Grove Road. Bear to the right at the end of the ramp and turn
right onto Shady Grove Road. proceed to the fourth traffic
light, the intersection of Shady Grove Road and Route 355.
Make a left onto Route 355 (Frederick Road). At S. Summit
Street, make a right turn. Go over the railroad tracks and
make the first right onto East Diamond Avenue. Look for the
sign for the "Signs 2000" store, and make a right
into the parking lot just beyond that building. Sonicpromos.com
is the last store in the building just past the driveway.
Take the Dulles Access Road towards Washington, D.C. Take
I-495 north to I-270 north (towards Frederick). Continue on
I-270 (approx. 9 miles) then turn at Exit 8, Shady Grove Road.
Proceed as in directions from BWI airport above.
From the airport follow signs to I-395. Once you leave the
airport you are on George Washington Parkway (GW Pkwy.) Continue
on GW Pkwy. to I-495 north (towards Maryland). (DO NOT TAKE
THE I-395 EXIT). Continue on I-495 north to I-270 north (towards
Frederick). Continue on I-270 (approx. 9 miles) then turn
at Exit 8, Shady Grove Road. Proceed as in directions from
BWI airport above.
Take the Yellow Line to Gallery Place (6 stops). Change to
the Red Line (Shady Grove Line) and get off at Shady Grove
Road (15 stops). It takes about 45 minutes. There are taxis
at the Metro station and the taxi fare to Sonicpromos.com
is about $10.00, or call your contact at Sonicpromos to pick
you up (301-869-7800). Be sure to specify where you are waiting
so we will know where to pick you up.
